A question for the ladies

Why do girls hang out at some guy's place and not other guy's place even though they are all friends? I am asking for a friend of mine who doesn't seem to get girls to hang out with him at his apt even though they go to other guy's apt. What do girls look for when hanging at a guy's house?

normally all of my guy friends hang out at my house. lol i prefer it that way!

It always seems to depend on what you're doing. If you're having a party you want the place to be spacious, plus one person may have all the supplies while the other doesn't. Sometimes people just feel more comfortable going to the other persons house because they've been there before. I don't think it's anything personal though.

I just feel bad for the guy. He is the only apt his female friends never come over. I know it isn't cleanliness cause some of those other guy's house hasn't seen a broom in years...*lol

Well, I'm not sure how to put this gently...so I won't. If I feel like I'm going to be sexually assaulted when I'm going over to a dude's house: not going. That's usually the top reason I would not. Most other things are workable.

Any hint of discomfort or potential awkwardness means I'm not going.
I'm not sure how any of these reasons make it not personal, but I can
say for me, it is absolutely personal. I have guys I consider friends, but
I would never go hang out at their houses by myself. It's almost always
based on past odd behavior or just a general sense of something isn't
right.
