You could put lotion on her feet and scratch them or you could tickle her upperbody for a while first, or both.

You could have her wear nylons instead of the lotion as well.

I agree with all of them, and I do suggest starting off tickling the upperbody first. From what I've seen it somehow sort of pushes the ticklishness down into her feet so that by the time you get there, it will drive her nuts like you want to do. Good luck🙂

There's some good suggestions here. The nylon thing never worked for me, but the lube does. I've seen some tops take someone who is moderately ticklish and turn them into a raving laughing lunatic. Don't set your hopes too high. None of the ideas may do any good on her in particular. People are who they are.

Personally I'm from the practical school of 'you're either ticklish or you're not'. It's no fun if you have to work hard on a victim for a reaction. Sure there's many levels inbetween those two extremes. However your nerve endings are developed and built into you at birth. You're usually going to remain at whatever level you're already at and it'll lesson as you get older. Short of skin nerve grafting there's little you can do to change that.
