Empire Records is a rather cool teen movie about a music store. It had a young and sultry Liv Tyler, and a cute and sassy Renee Zellweger (sp?). It's well funny too.
The rather brief "tickling" scene had skate-geek Mark (whilst cleaning the place with a feather duster) ogling at a girl doing some slow aerobics whilst listening to the store's music through headphones. She nearly hits him when she raises her leg. He then grabs her raised leg, brushes her (almost) bare foot with the duster and starts to kiss her foot.
Not a great, but the girl was smiling a bit and she was cute, so it ain't so bad. It's tickling, remember?
