Well this is silly idea but I think it's one Ichigo would indeed take advantage of.
So it's Rukia hunting for Kon after seeing what look like he had a taunting photo or letter about her undergarments or something. She goes to Ichigo's room and hunts him down and finds him or what she think's is him but it's one of those evil button eyed monsters of mine that resembles Kon. It already knows it's target so it reacts and eats her and pops her out after wrapped up from her shoulders to her ankles and she's wiggling for a bit then Ichigo comes in. See's Rukia in the bind she's in and well could you blame the guy for getting a little bit even with her.
Now this can be just the ending part with Rukia's face being like it was in episode 54 (if you watched you know EXACTLY what I mean) I could see her with that in a situation like this. The fake Kon and then the real Kon just seen stashed away out of site but now in view ( I need to watch again but say strapped to the other side of a fan blade or something, though I don't think he has one in his room)
(edit, I added some refs, though still thinking of a good outfit choice for Rukia for this (even if we won't see it much)and, also thru in a Kon ref)
