o yum Roxy....thanks guys...this afternoon he goes for his follow up appt with the surgeon...first time we've walked into that hospital together since the early morning hours of his surgery, four weeks ago..

When will he have to walk the treadmill?

He started rehab last week...he goes three days a week...does ten minutes on the treadmill...ten minutes on a stationery bike...and ten minutes on a sit down step machine...he can't really use or raise his arms up very high until September...

Today he actually drove himself to work for a few hours...it's amazing how quickly he is recovering now...

Also his dress pants are all too big lol...
