I made this up one night and just decided to post.
Game is made for 3 female players
Object
Try and win as many times as you can while playing cards. After 5 rounds, tickle the players you beat and/or be tickled by those who beat you. If anyone gives up during the tickling they can be forced to lick and clean the feet of their ticklers.
Playing (modified game of Speed)
3 decks are shuffled, then each player is dealt 2 stacks of 25 cards. Between each player 2 cards are turned face up. Players can draw up to 5 cards from either of their pile’s and play on any of the 4 face-up piles next to them. You can only play a card 1 higher or lower than a face up card. The first to clear a pile defeats the player the pile is facing.
Rules
Rounds and Scoring
Each set will consist of 5 rounds of playing cards before punishment begins. Whoever clears both their piles before their opponents first wins 1st place. If you beat 1 opponent but lose to the other you get 2nd place. Losing to both your opponents results in third place. If all 3 players lose to 1 opponent and win against the other the round will be called a draw. At the end of 5 rounds add together the results of each round to determine the overall placing.

Because Player 1 had the lowest total they get 1st place overall; oppositely Player 2 had the highest total and placed 3rd. Players will receive additional punishment time based on their overall ranking, it will count for the same time as obtaining the same place in a round. Any draw rounds will be scored matching to match the players overall rank.

Punishment (Tickling)
Time
At the end of 5 rounds the players will count their losses, including their overall place, and determine how many times they lost to each of the other players as is shown in the example above. Every 1st place score, whether for rounds or overall, results in no tickling. 2nd place scores result in being tickled by the player who came in 1st for 1 minute. If your overall rank is either 2nd or 1st then each 3rd place lets each of your opponents tickle you individually for 3 minutes. Placing 3rd overall allows both opponents to tickle you together for 5 minutes for each time you placed 3rd, including the overall score.

SPECIAL BONUS
All 1st Place Bonus
Requirement: Win all 5 rounds, scoring a perfect game of five 1st place wins and 1st overall.
Reward: Player can tie up or restrain their opponent before tickling. Any method of bondage acceptable.
Optional Reward: Player forgives all tickle time owed to them by one player. When tickling the remaining player they can invite 1 additional person to join in tickling.
SPECIAL PUNISHMENT
Condition: Player loses all 5 rounds, placing 3rd every round and overall.
Penalty: The players tickle time is doubled.
Punishment (Foot Slave +)
Rules
If the player being tickled can not take anymore she can offer to lick the feet of her tickler(s) for a set amount of time. If a player “gives up” they are offering minimum time for cleaning feet: twice their tickle time. Even if the tickled player says “I give up” on accident or in the heat of the moment they must fulfill the punishment if the tickler(s) accept. The tickler(s) must then decide whether to accept the offer or not, if there is more than 1 tickler they must agree before accepting. If the offer is rejected the tickling continues like normal for the remainder of the time. The player being tickled can continue to make larger offers to persuade her tickler(s) to stop, but “I’ll do anything” is not accepted. The ticklers can alternatively make demands the player being tickled must agree to for them to stop.
If a player “gives up” or makes an offer and her tickler(s) agree she MUST lick, worship, and clean the tickler(s) feet and follow their instructions for the set amount of time. If a demand is made and the tickled player agrees, the tickler(s) must immediately stop tickling.
Making Demands
If the player being tickled “gives up” and the tickler(s) think the tickled player will agree to even worse punishment, they can reject the offer and continue tickling. From this point on they can make demands the tickled player must agree to for them to stop. These demands can include punishments beyond foot worship, but must be precise and agreed on by all ticklers and no punishment outside of the demand is allowed.
Example
Player 2 is being tickled for 20 minutes by both the others. 2 minutes in she gives up, agreeing to clean their feet for 40 minutes. Player 1 wants to accept but Player 3 does not, believing they can get her to agree to more so they continue. A few minutes later…
Player 3 then makes the following demand:
1. 2 hours individual foot worship for each player
2. Each player can invite 1 other person to join for their torture time
3. Torturers can spank the loser during their torture time
Player 2 looks and sees it’s already been 5 minutes and believes she can last the remaining time, so she rejects the demand. At this time Player 1 discovers a weak spot, making Player 2 scream in agony. Confident Player 2 can’t take the tickling now that she knows her weak point, so…
Player 1 then makes the following demand:
1. Foot slave to both players for rest of the weekend
2. Players can choose a group of up to 10 others to invite to join, but Players can only invite up to 3 others simultaneously, though they can switch between any in the group
3. Active torturers can spank/choke/trample the loser during the torture time. Choking cannot suffocate loser. Torturers must be barefoot while trampling.
Player 2 rejects the demand again, still believing she can make it despite having 13 minutes left, angering both ticklers. Player 1 and Player 3 both move to the weak spot and begin a targeted tickling of that point. The tickling drives Player 2 crazy, making her beg and plead for them to stop, even agreeing to the last demand. Deciding to really torture her…
The ticklers make the following demand:
1-3. All items of the last demand plus...
4. Both Player 1 and 3 have scheduled school sports practice once during the next week. Player 2 must accompany them to the practice, follow the team in the locker room when practice is over, and beg to clean their feet. Player 2 must clean the feet of any player who accepts and must continue until all are satisfied, if forced to leave the locker room before all team members are finished she must relocate to a new spot and continue. New location must be convenient for team to join. No other individuals besides team members can join.
5. Next Friday, Player 2 must let herself be tickled for the remaining time. Anyone can join in tickling her. If she gives up or agrees to a demand she must worship ALL her ticklers.
Desperate, Player 2 accepts. The ticklers stop and can torture her any way within the demands until 12:01 Monday morning. Player 2 joins each one later in the week to clean their teams feet, continuing as long as needed. On Friday, both teams show up to tickler her, forcing her to give up and agree to the same terms as last week, excluding number 5. Once again Player 2 must be their foot slave all weekend as well as clean each teams feet after practice.
EXTRA SPECIAL SUPER PUNISHMENT!!!
Condition: Player faints while being tickled
Penalty: Player becomes total slave to tickler(s) for next week
While tickling another player, the tickler(s) do not have to stop tickling for ANY reason until the time is up. If the player being tickled is unable to take it and faints it is considered a violation of the rules because the tickler(s) were forced to stop against their will. As punishment, the tickled player becomes the slave to her tormentor(s) upon awaking and must follow ANY command, within reasonable safety and health limits, for the next week. Tickler(s) can now punish the slave using any method, with as many people, and at any time they want, even forcing the slave to move in with them and skip any prior obligations like work or school. Reasonable health and safety standards must be kept, so the slave does not have to follow dangerous or life threatening orders and must be given time to eat (2 hours a day in at least 2 segments) and sleep (7 hours a day. If the slave faints due to a punishment, subtract half the time she sleeps from daily time).
