Should we start a "Star Wars Discussion" area?

Although I'd be the first one to jump on that, the rigors of maintaining more and more sections has got to be getting tough on the Mods. I think that us fans can find each other in General Discussion without much problem.

On a side note, it's amazing how many of us fans are here on a completely unrelated board!

Star Wars and tickling...two universal themes, eh? I can see it now...

"You got a feather in my Tibanna Gas"...."You left a macrofuser on my Foot Stocks"

....

I'm going to have my coffee now...🙄

I was a big Star Wars fan until Episode 1, which was horrible. I pretty much lost interest after that. 😎

Krokus, reserve judgement until after EpII, trust me. I was a bit disappointed in the seriousness of Episode I as well, but this one should rock!😎

In support of Myriad's decision, I must add that Gen Dis. is the only area of the TMF that has absolutely nothing to do with tickling except for the members themselves.

Because of the common interest in tickling, we must keep all other off-topic discussion contained. In addition, the Gen Dis. Section is on a continuous trial basis, so in other words, if it gets out of control, I'm sure that it can be discontinued. Feel free to start any topic you'd like in the Gen Dis. subforum and remember to label the subject title appropriately.😀

Not that it matters but I also Agree with Myrs Desicion. This is the TMF (Tickling Media Forum) not SiFi Corner or the SWMF(Star Wars Media Forum).
The General Discussion area is the only place for such chat that is outside of the tickle topic.
IF those who wish to runamuck with StarWars etc. then I am sure there are plenty of related boards on the net to do so.
No offense folks. I am a big StarWars fan and also a fan of Star Trek TNG but there should not be a seperate forum in the TMF for such banter.

Like I said before, The General Discussion area is doing a fine job of covering a lot of topics that we tickle-fans find interesting in other parts of our lives. It ain't broke, so we don't need to fix it.😀
