So unfortunately I have had a hard time with any tickle experiences of late, had the odd bit here and there but I think it’ll be quite cathartic to share at least something that happened recently haha.
I used to have a lot of luck with colleagues (being a children’s worker all of my work mates have been/are women) but since changing from a nursery teacher to working in a school it has been incredibly slim pickings. My last proper tickle was with an old colleague who let me tickle them as a goodbye present which I shared on here.
Onto the story at hand, once a week we take the children in my classroom (special needs children) to our sport centre. Here they get to play and join in with different physical activities that replaces their PE lesson. One of the halls (the one I choose to take my group to) has a soft play area which is brill for me, it means all staff have to take their shoes off! One of the members of staff with me allowed one of the children build the soft play toys around here leaving her feet sticking out the other end. I was incredibly nervous but had to have a go! Unfortunately she had her socks on but I went over and chatted with her and then took my chance, gave her soles a light scrabble and made a joke saying something along the lines of ‘you shouldn’t leave yourself so vulnerable!’ She laughed and jerked her feet away and said she was too ticklish. We had a laugh together but later on I had the joy of doing it again when she found herself in the same predicament 😂.
Like I said it was a fairly short and insignificant tickle but things are slim pickings here on the Isle of Man!
