A Watermark Program Question

Ive been searching for about an hour, and I've found little that I can go on, so I turn to the members of the TMF and TT to help me.

I'm looking for a watermarking program that I can use to mark my videos, without having their quality reduced. I have tried watermark master, which didn't work too well. It worked slowly and the video quality of a short five minute video was drastically reduced.

Is there anyone who knows of a better program, that can be used on these videos?

There is a comprehensive digital watermarking that you can avail but paid. It means it has the power to even keep track where your video has been downloaded, etc.

As I have tried working with someone who use this kind of formal utilities before, the menace is that you really can't transfer the file on any other computer, even if you're just at the same place.

Now if you are after a free one, you can do it with ANY video editor by using another track, insert a text there or add an image logo extending the entire timeline. You can execute an "overlay" to reduce opacity or so and make it less disturbing. You can also adjust the size with "moving path"...say you want it on the edge or so.

Then render it without compression, or assign the right codec.

AVI - say Cinepak (is what I usually use) or uncompressed

MPG1/2 - there is a default for this that goes with NTSC and PAL format (for TV playing)

There are others that goes with each format but I have to open the app, so I can't answer now.

Grazie annoxanti, though I've used some of these methods, particularly the track method, it didn't work well, except in Intervideo win dvd which for some reason went beserk on me and destroyed the title function, thereby disabling me from putting in titles....gah!!!

But still greatly appreciated.
