about post picture

hello everyone!
who can teach me how to post picture?
because i have a picture, and i want the clip of this pic, can i ask who can help me ?

Under the window when you write ( this one ) there is a line named : attach files and next to it underlined it says manage attachments.
Click on it and upload your file then click on all done and submit.
Check the extensions an so on before.
It's really easy.
