Accessing chat room from a tablet

I am having difficulty accessing the chat room from an Android tablet with the latest OS. When I click the chat room menu button at the top of the page, a new page loads with an image in the center of the page that says "Click to start chat room". However, when I click the image, a new tab loads, which looks like an AddonChat sign in page. The page says " The mobile edition module is not available with this account.". Then it shows two text boxes, one with my TMF name already entered, and one that looks like a password text box, as the text box is already populated by a long string of tiny black circles. Then there is a drop down menu that says "Room", which is blank and has no items to select. Lastly there is a button to "Sign In". I have tried signing in using the pre-populated password, and my TMF password, neither of which work. The screen says "Connecting...", but then just reloads the same AddonChat log in screen. Does the chatroom not support tablets? Or just Apple tablets? Thanks for any technical assistance.

I too face the same problem. I reckon tabs don't support tmf chat software, hence the perils.

I have the same problem on my tablet. It's a feature I believe TMF would have to enable through addonchat. TickleTheater has the same chat software and they have a link to the mobile version of the chat that works on my phone and tablet.

They have a mobile app that comes separately. I added it just now, so you should be able to use the room with your mobile devices now, including phones and tablets.

Please let me know if that worked. 🙂

It works for me on my android phone!
