I ordered 2 videos Jan 6th from ace foot prod and I still haven't recieved or heard from them yet. What to do ? I've emailed but no response. Does it take these guy's that long or am I just anxious?
 
I wouldn't panic just yet. Have never ordered from them, but I'd give it another week or two, perhaps. Depends somewhat on how you paid and so forth. I'm kinda old-school when it comes to mail-order, though. I remember when 6-8 weeks was the norm.
