hi all,

i recently noticed that i was being charged $7.50 per month by some company called iBill that id never heard of. i called the number on my credit card statement, but, of course, i didnt get ahold of anyone. by looking around online, i figured out that gkard is a service of iBill, and the company that is charging me is Ace Foot Productions. i had a non-recurring subscription to Ace back in december. i have not ever even considered resubscribing. though im not sure whether it is Ace or iBill that is scamming me, i know something shady is going on. all the charges occur as separate subscriptions on the iBill website, and they have all been cancelled. this means that there is no way for me to stop the charges. i just emailed Ace. i will update the story when i hear back from them. has this happened to anyone else with these companies? if so, if we work together, we might be able to get our money back.

update

okay, so heres what ive learned, for anyone who cares. Ace Foot Productions stopped using iBill a few weeks ago because iBill keeps stealing money from people. iBill is a very sketchy company that refuses to give me back the money it owes me. they give me lies such as "you never cancelled your subscription" even though their website says that i cancelled my subscription last week. you get the idea. so, if you care about your money, try to stay away from iBill.

Thanks for the info.

here is what you do.. contact ibill.. tell them to refund you money or you will contact your bank and chargeback the transaction(s).. if they do not refund your money.. contact your credit card company and tell them that ibill has made an unauthorized charge(s) on your credit card.. you may have to write a letter and give them the details... you should have the money back on your card within 6 weeks on average...
