In one of the last few episodes of Season 3 of "Girls", Adam (played by Adam Driver) gets briefly tickled by Hannah (Lena Dunham) in a bathtub. She playfully asks him to recite some of his lines from the Broadway show he's doing, he whines and refuses, and she reaches forward and tickles him.
You can't see her hands or where exactly she's tickling him, but she's reaching towards his sides, he giggles "no-ho!", his hands jerk a little to block hers, and she smiles at his reaction. It's pretty cute and looks like a natural reaction, to be honest.
