I found a YT video of a cute young lady named Adley(apparently she's well known in country music), getting a home fish spa pedicure. She giggles throughout the whole thing and has her soles on the bottom of the tub so the fish can't get to the bottom of her feet but apparently even the tops and sides of her feet are ticklish.
She never says that it tickles, but her BF says to her "this is a bad idea because you're so ticklish"
