It is a privilege, as the Bossman says, and one I'm glad to hold. That's not to say it's all fun and games, of course. My situation, being admin or mod of the three largest TK forums, has gradually left me with no time for anything but modding. I find I can no longer set aside time to browse the forums as I once did. To take an example, the last time I entered the artwork forums of the TT or the TMF, aside from deleting spam, was in August of 2008. As I am a great lover of art it depresses me to no end.
Yet, responsibilities exist and cannot be ignored. A staff position doesn't let you have the freedom about the forum as you might once have. It's what you make of it and, of course, limiting yourself to one forum's worth of administration helps. 😛
