Affect of Sarah/Cindy/Joe Millionaire?

I'm not talking about public acceptance of tickling, etc etc,. It just occurs to me that this "scandal" could have an adverse affect on the amount and quality of new material available to the community. Some people will doubtless contest this but it seems to me that the overwhelming majority of the available material comes from Las Vegas and California - places where large numbers of good looking young women gravitate to "seek fame and fortune". I'm aware there is amateur material made by women who are into tickling themselves but I think we can all agree that the overwhelming majority of the avalable material comes form sources like FM Concepts, Paradise Vision, MTP Jeff, etc and they employ paid models. As times get tough, a lot of them seem willing to do fetish/bondage work and from what I've heard, a lot of them rely on the fact that the folks back home will never know about it - even if they do make it big legitimately. Well, the Sarah Kozer/Cindy Schubert story blows that myth away. The rumors started since her first appearance and now it's broken wide open (front page of two major NY newspapers!). Bottom line: seems to me a lot fewer girls are going to be willing to "model" in fetish videos/pix etc and those that will may well turn out to be a lot "skankier" for want of a better word. Said another way, I don't think FM Concepts et al are going to conitnue to have a seemingly inexhaustable supply of fresh faced young beauties willing to bare their soles ... and that's not good for us!

Seej56 I doubt this Joe Millionare "scandal" [doesn't that crack ya up] will have an impact over the long term other than to bring more to the forefront our fetish. It will all blow over.......and the next time a pretty law student needs cash to pay for classes at UCLA FM Concepts will be there to assist her. That's America.........and certainly not scandal material. Hell, remember wasnt' a member of the Surviour 5 cast a former porno actor.

And given how many on this forum feel about FM Concepts (the whole fake tickling argument) why would most care. This isn't a scandal its "Reality TV" at its most real!

The “girl next door types” are going to think about it twice before doing fetish videos. I suppose we’re going to se a lot more “adult entertainment models”.

maybe the result of this will be more fetish stars doing main stream shows? ever think of that?
i could see fox, and usa, and fx, and other cable/satalite broadcasters looking for these women, for risque shows. it would be a chance for the ladies to show other talents than just giggling, and posing.

I just don’t like the fact that it was one of us who did it. Not only did he do it, but he callously planned it, and waited for the right time to turn the tapes over. And he bragged about waiting till the right moment to do it. Yeah she chose to do it, and I have no problem with that. But the fact that this guy is taking such pride and joy in what is literally “trashing a persons career and life” bothers me. Don’t be proud of yourself Westchester because karma has a way of smacking you in the back. To me what you did is not cool. Many here may think that you were cool for doing it. But all you did was do irreparable harm to a woman’s life. That is something most people would not find pride in.

Aside from this shit-heel's hurting a lady, her family and friends, I don't see that this will change very much.
