Came across this by accident on a shorts video (facebook or instagram, can't remember) and managed to find the series and the scene. Turkish actress Burcu Özberk is tickled (or at least acted like she was) in the series called Afili Ask.

I don't know Turkish, but I've sought out some translation which should go something like this:
"Take your hand off"
"I can't remove it."
"Don't do it!"
"What is it?"
"Don't tickle me. Move it!"
"You're ticklish here?"
"Don't do it!"
"Or here?"
"I'm ticklish. Don't!"
"Wait a minute I don't get it, are you ticklish here?"
"Don't do it, take your hand away."
"Alright."
"Don't do it!"
"It wasn't me, maybe an insect."
