That's a good question, but easily answered.
First, the Nickolodeon clip consists of kids tickling kids. No adults involved. It stems from mainstream TV, so there's no way it could be mistaken as kiddie-porn. Even if someone derives sexual pleasure from watching it, gets caught and points to the forum as the place he got it from, we can chill out and just say 'We didn't make it, we got it from TV'. As it was only distributed through the Forum, There's nothing we can be blamed for. However, I'm personally surprised at the sheer amount of interest in kids being tickled... Weird. Well, as long as you guys have fun, no problem there.
Now, with stories... That's a whole different matter. The stories, unless pulled from mainstream sources (fat chance, that) are specifically written AS fetish material. That means they are, per se, sexualy oriented, even if they feature 'only' tickling. And if they have minors in them... Well, they can be seen as kiddie porn. The same thing goes for any other material, like pics and clips. In fact, we try to keep the Forum free of ANY KIND of material that features persons, 'lees or 'lers, that have not yet reached the legal age of 18.
EIGHTEEN YEARS !!! --> 18 <-- !!! That's the legal age! For users and for fictional characters and for models and everything! This is a FETISH forum, meaning a sexual forum, and that means LEGAL AGE !!! 18 years.
