Alfred Hitchcock getting handsy with actresses (+Merian Cooper tickling wife)

Nothing major, but of interest to some....from Hitchcock's home movies, circa 1929-31.….the first two clips are really to set up the third clip.

Clip 1 shows Hitch and an actor getting handsy with adorable Swedish actress Anny Ondra. Whether or not there's actual tickling...probably not, but she's really giggly.

Clip 2: Hitch now does a sound test with Ondra and gets her blushing and giggling…..no tickling, but the dynamic between them is so playful and sexy, and her giggle is so gorgeous that I think it helps appreciate the next one where I'm pretty sure she DOES get tickled....:

Clip 3: I think I see at least two direct attacks to her stomach/side (one by Hitch, the other by the other actor). The two men really ravage her, and you could easily imagine it turning into nothing else BUT tickling......

Clip 4: Hitch getting handsy with another actress who is having none of it.

BONUS CLIP: A repost but in the same vain....or is it vein.....anyways, on disc II of the original "King Kong" there is some great home movie footage of director Merian Cooper tickling the crap out of his (much younger) wife. So.....if you doubt the above clips, at least you've got this one. 😉

Thanks Internet. Once again a true treasure box you opened. Strange to see Hitch as a young man acting almost agile and vivid. I always knew him as a formal and reserved old gentleman.

It took me a second to recognize Hitchcock with a full head of hair. I always think of him as an old bald guy. 😛
