Alice in Wonderland movie...

just heard that Sarah Michelle Gellar has signed on to play Alice in the Alice in Wonderland. but not as the disney movie. this movie is based off of the game that takes place later in alice's life. CC knows what i'm talking about. i'm stoked. 2 things i love in 1 bundle- SMG and alice in wonderland the game.

anyone else notice the surge in hollywood making video games into movies? i love the idea, since i'm a serious gamer. not to mention the movie rendition of Doom starring the rock (figures ) and Rosamund Pike (the smokin hot british chick from Die Another Die) i hope the movie stays true to the game and doesn't go in a different direction like resident evil.

dear sweet lord......I hate Sarah Michelle Gellar.....I had a roomate in my old college that was obsessed with Buffy the Vampire Slayer and basically I was immersed in it so much I ended up hating it and her........................crap.....

it's not gonna be a "traditional" alice costume. the dress is the same except for the splattered blood on it. and her butcher knife in her hand. not to mention some sexy knee high black high heeled boots. not to mention she's a brunette. can't wait to see her in costume.

i had no idea the game was so popular to spawn a movie. i thought it was unpopular. don't get me wrong, i love the game to bits. just comes as a shocker to me.
