That is a wonderful idea. In a way, that is what the clubs and organizations try to do. You should look into the Hyenas Club. The founder lives in NJ and most of the meetings take place in NJ as well.
Also, look in the personals section or even better, post one.
The slight problem you may come across is the shortage of female ticklers/lees and the willingness to come out, let alone participate. Also, most people may not be readily accessible by phone and may keep their fetish a secret.
Just a word of caution. It's a great idea, just don't get your hopes up too high.
Why don't you set up a page and link the address to this Forum and see what happens?😎

Please clarify your post.
Your last post leads me to believe that there is a tickling phone book in existence somewhere. The first post tells me only of a brilliant idea that you have about the phone book. What happened to the steps in between? Did I miss something or is this an elite thing you got going on?

Ok, I signed it..well for the most part.The only think that upsets me is that no one female has. This one fact could make the whole Ticklng Phone Book thing burn up fast. Just my opinion, but we need females to sign this...I mean this thing wasn't started by Jack and his Male Tickling Rack was it? (no offense Jack)
yeah and I wonder how long its gonna take for them to get email bombed 🙁 Its really unfortunate but I cant blame any woman who comes on here for not revealing any contact info. Ive gone on the chat room twice so far myself for a total of about 20 minutes and Ive gotten three ASL PMs from guys trolling for women to hit on. The phonebooks a good Idea dude, but unless we can give the girls out there some kinda protection its not gonna work. Kinda makes me mad too.

Just a suggestion, for anyone worried about being e-mail bombed, think about this: both yahoo and hotmail, as well as a NUMBER of other sites have free anonymous e-mail access. If you're really serious about making contact, do what I did and open an account for tickling interests only and use that for any contact info that comes up. Plus, for any of those people who go a little crazy, there's that nifty little "Block sender" feature...and I KNOW us tickling types have too much decency to spam, right folks??? 😎

well Im interested to know How many email you get kiedisluver. dont get me wrong please, Im not trying to be a cynic or anything. In fact I really like the idea. Its just that whenever I see something like that Im afraid to use it cause Im thinking the lady has gotten 100 emails already from everyone out there including some real rude ones (Mistress Mias email ettiqette post kinda points this out I think) and Im afraid mine will either get lost in the flood or just plain deleted cause they are tired of everyone hitting on them.

arion, I understand your concerns completely. Honestly though, I haven't actually gotten flooded *yet* and the e-mails I've gotten have all been very respectful, which is a definite plus. And truthfully, it depends on the female. If she likes what she's reading, chances are she'll write back...and if she deletes it without even reading it, she probably wasn't all that interested anyway. And honestly, the age of technology has it easy. E-rejection is MUCH easier to take 😉 I say go for it and good luck!!

It is unclear that the words Tickling Phonebook at the bottom of your 1st post is the link. I looked for a while before figuring it out. Maybe you should go into that post and hit edit and make it clearer.
Also, I did click on it and I can not get in. I get a "this page is not available" notice.
