Edit: I've added the second Ally McBeal clip as promised. Here she says she'd like it if her boyfriend snuck into her room and tickled her toes. I'll add some more excerpts from that episode tomorrow. Once again, enjoy!

David E. Kelly is a tool. He's mentioned tickling women's feet in virtually every series he's done (Picket Fences, Ally McBeal, The Practice) but not once has he come through with an actual scene. 🙄

In Picket Fences, it was either the series finale or the ep just before, the sheriff and his wife are arguing and she complains that one of the things she misses about their old relationship was that he tickled her feet. The Ally McBeal scene you already know about. And one of the clients in The Practice (no idea which season this happened) is a guy who broke into a woman's house to fondle and tickle her feet while she slept. This happens before he becomes a client so there is no actual scene.

Then there's a fourth scene which is really creepy, but I'm sure it's a DEK series, either Boston Public or another episode of The Practice. A woman talks about how her deceased father so missed his wife, who preceeded him in death, that he dug up her embalmed body and he cut off a foot so he could take it to bed with him and tickle it like he tickled her in real life. :dead:

Obviously, David E. Kelly is one of us. Just as obviously, he lacks the guts to follow through.
