Am I missing something?

How do I clean out my "folder". It says @ the bottom of the screen that I have 10 total messages in my folder. What step or class did I miss?😉 🙄 😕

You have 10 private messages. Just go to your profile (click on profile at the top of any page whil elogged in) , and you'll be able to click on them, read them, and answer them. Even toss them out.

LoL...I have gone there, clicked on them, read them and answered them.
For some godawful reason I cannot toss them afterwards!

Go to Profile

Click on Private Messaging (all the way at the right)
You'll get a list of the messages in your folder.

Click the check box after the messages you want to remove. The box is on the far right.

Click delete at the bottom of the message screen all checked messages will be removed.

Thanks again but,, I did all that and at the bottom of the screen when I am on the Home Page, this is what it says, even though when I am in the Private Message section it says there are NO messages to display...........:

(You have 0 unread messages and 10 total messages in all your folders.)

hmmm maybe you need to check and see how recent the messages were, it will only display them for 10 days, and then you have to move that dropmenu down to include all of them.

Hmmmmm, thanks but I think I did everything right and it shows so except at the bottom of the Home Page.
It is not that it is bothering ME per say, it is just that I don't want to take up any of the sites bandwidth with stored messages in the folder memory.

I have no clue. if you are clickign the check box, and then pressing delete, they should go. Don't sweat the storage space. a few hundred messages will not sink us.
