Yep, that's her.
She did this radio show a while ago, and apparantly the host makes his foot fetish known to everyone. I guess he kind of works it the same way Howard Stern does it when he gets women to show their breasts. In any case, I'm very jealous of him, hehe.
I forget the name of the radio station, but someone posted a link one time that had more pics of her letting her feet be worshipped.
