take 1 ticklish foot, in mules/slides, or any other shoe which is easily kicked off during tickling.
next, tie the leather shoe restraint around them and the ankle.
then, wiggle your fingers, brush, feathers to your hearts content, shoes are held in place, no pain involved, whilst the foot is held in the stretched position.
no chance of shoe coming off. play time. lol
