As Ross's business continued to boom with Fritz and Steve.
Ross's relationships with Roy White and Bruce Reese deteriorated.
One day at the office, Ross got into it with both of them, exploding during a conference call with the two men, while trying to figure out some details of a venture the three men were thinking of doing.
Ross came out of his office, and slammed the door while on the outside. The people who worked at RossShell looked at Ross in shock. While they had seen him slightly angry or upset before, it was never to this degree.
Finally, Ross took a deep breath and said., "Vic, please come in my office and talk to me"
Vic followed Ross into Ross's office, and Ross closed the door.
"Ross, what's wrong?" Vic said, with his usual calm demeanor.
"Victor, I cannot stand those two bastards. I want to pack them in so badly. It's like they are just asking for it" Ross said.
"I know that Ross, but unfortunately as we both know, you are in with them, It might not be that easy. It might cost you and the company a lot of money, and it might make the George Borgier situation look like a birthday party before it is all done" Vic said.
"I dont know how to deal with them anymore. It's like it almost gets. personal. As upset and angry as I've ever been at Kayley, and trust me we have had our battles, I have never gotten as furious with her as I do with White and Reese" Ross said.
That is because Kayley and you have a deep love and respect for each other, and you always have, and always will. White and Reese are just business associates" Vic said.
"I want to try to think of a way where maybe I can just put things oh hold with Reese and White for a bit. Figure out some fair distribution every month on our existing deals, and where we talk as little as possible, do no new business, and just take a break from each other" Ross said.
Ross continued.
"I would offer both of them a small piece of the business I'm doing with Steve and Fritz, but I'm fearful of messing those business and personal relationships up" Ross said.
"Ross, with all respect, I would keep Bruce and Roy out of your business with Fritz and Steve. Too much mixing it up if you know what I mean, especially with such new business associates who you work so well with both professionally, and get along with personally" Vic said.
"I;m going to call a conference call or meeting with Bruce and Roy and tell them its time to either figure out our differences, or set up a payment schedule on our existing deals, and put things with them on hold" Ross said.
When Ross got home, he told Kayley of his conversation with Vic.
"Kale, I had a blowout with Roy and Bruce today on the phone. Vic and me think we should set up an existing payment plan on the old business, and take a break" Ross said.
Kayley kissed Ross. "Honey, Reese and White upset you so much, it is not worth it" Kayley said.
The next day when Ross got to the office, he held a conference call with Reese and White.
"Guys, it s either time for a meeting or a conference call. We have to try to settle things one way or the other" Ross said,.
The three men agreed to a lunch meeting the next day.
"Okay, we have done a lot of profitable business tpgether for quite a long time. Is this a situation where we just have to work things out and go forward, or is it time to set up a payment schedule for our money on the old deals and just take a break" Ross said.
Roy and Bruce looked a bit. stunned at what Ross had said. However, the men knew that Ross was serious, and had both thought the same thing.
"I dont want to do that if we can. I want to settle our problems, and at least do some business together even if its not as much as in the past" Roy said.
"Under normal circumstances, I would have already introduced you both to Fritz and Steve, but the way things have been going between the three men at this table, I cannot consider that now" Ross said.
"I think this may be a compromise. How about we draft up a monthly payment schedule on the old business, sign it, and let the attorneys finalize it. Then we take at least a 30 day break from each other. No calls, emails, meetings, or fighting. Just take a break. In 30 days, I will call you both and we will re evaluate it all. Does that sound fair?" Ross said.
Both men nodded their heads. The way things were going, they had to agree with Ross.
When Ross got back to the office, Ross and his attorneys came up with a monthly payment schedule on the old deals with Bruce and Roy,. All the info was forwarded to both men's lawyers, signed to and agreed on.
When Ross got home that evening., He told Kayley what had happened.'
Bruce, Roy and me met for lunch today. We agreed to a payment schedule for each of us based on only old business. No new business between us at all, and no contact with 30 days,. Then, we talk and figure it out,." Ross said.
"Thats a good decision" Kayley said.
When Ross got to the office the next day. he called Steve and Fritz. "Okay, I at least put a halt to all the problems I've been angry and upset about for at least 30 days. For now, it is all systems go and full speed ahead for us" Ross said.
With a clear mind free of Reese and White, Ross increased his business, production, and financial reward from Fritz and Steve. He felt extremely happy for a first time in a long time.
Was Ross really "Finished" with White and Reese, whom he had done business with and earned so much money from, for so long, or would those three men solve their business problems that was causing all the conflict?
That remained to be seen.
