I've loved the stuff my whole life, and it's always seemed to me that when one says the word, it's a given that you're referring to ORANGE marmalade. Now, with that in mind, I always rave about this particular brand of it at this diner I eat at a lot, and my best friend recently ate there and tried some, UNAWARE that marmalade was made from oranges, which he found repugnant. Now, we got into a huge verbal row about this. To me, it's always been common knowledge that it's ORANGE marmalade, but in retrospect, it's entirely conceivable that some OTHER fruit/vegetable has also been made, at one point or another, into marmalade. My question? Does anyone know of the existance of any marmalades OTHER than ORANGE ?!?!?
