Ross came home one night, and tossed Kayley a business magazine article on this issue, and Kayley became concerned.

"Kale, Tazzio may have .. some money, but he's not as wealthy as we are. You know that Tazzio is an almost lifelong alcoholic. I've heard his brain has been damaged by alcohol. He is just frustrated with his own life that he fucked up, and tries to take it out on me, because he hates me. I'm not going to pay him any attention unless something happens. I dont want to turn this into another George situation. Let the bastard Tazzio shoot his mouth off. If he wants to start a company , let him. It will become as small or as big as it does. Unless he actually sues me or approaches me about something, I just have to ignore it. I just have to focus on most important, you, me, us, RossShell, and the Oil and Gas, and any business or acquistion that either I or my clients or accounts make. That is how I run a successful business. I went though a lot of hell losing RossShell to Tazzio the first time. We both know that it was not so much about the money, as it was that I hate the guy's guts, and that it hurt my pride as a man. Each month, to keep focused. I do my work for Tim, Larry, Dave, the Oil and Gas, and inquire about new clients or company buys, and how to keep our lives moving along. "Not so much concerned, as I have a proposal for you, but we have to move fast" Tim said.

"There is a struggling marketing company that we could pick up for a bargain price. We would do it with a friend of mine, but we have to move fast" Tim said.
"Sounds good. What's the price.?" Ross asked.,
"Five million each for the three of us. Can you get it or do you have it?" Tim asked.
"I can look at the cash flow. I can do a short term loan or something, and either sell part of my oil and gas, or put it up as property against the loan. I might even be able to ask Kayley for part of it with all the pil and gas she has now, if she knows what I'm doing" Ross said.
"I think with a few proper hires of say a President, and you overseeing it. we can turn this thing around, sell it, and make a mint" Tim said.
"Sounds fun. I have been so busy trying to corner the O and G market the past year, that I have not bought a small company and turned it around in a long time. I would have to figure it out how to fine tune it. I would probably keep it separate if I did, or, if I could buy you guys outt eventually, just pay you any cash, and profit, and fold it into RossShell like I always have" Ross said.
"One step at a time, my friend. You can take up to a week to figure out the fine tune, please just stay home. You really cant fly off to OKC and Texas now" Tim said.
"Oh, thats no problem. I will gently tell Fritz and Steve that you and a friend gave me a huge project that the two of you are paying me a huge fee for, but that there is a very short term deadline. I can delay any trips there at least a week or two if not more" Ross said.
"Just fine, buddy, we will keep in touch" Tim said, shaking Ross's hand, and walking out the office door.

"Hey, my friend, when can you come down here for another show?" Fritz asked.
"It might be a week or two. Sorry. Tim and a friend just gave me a huge project that they are paying me a major fee on. I took it because it was too good to pass up. I can definitely come there not long off, but if it's two weeks, is that okay?" Ross said,.
"Of course, Ross. I understand. We will figure it out, if you finish it early, just call us, hop on a plane, and shoot on down" Fritz said.
