Does anyone have a diagram of parts of a foot? lol. I'm kinda embarrassed to say that I might be the only one on here that doesn't know all the locations that are mentioned in this forum. I tried looking it up and it's only reflexology and bone structure.

I know some but not all. For example, incep and arches, etc. I've been asked the question "what does it mean when people say you have high arches?" and I got confused at which part the arch actually was. I've seen it worded this way several times.

Maybe someone could write them all down by location for me on someone's foot or your own. lol.

Hey Marz, i found if you googled it, you'll find all sorts of pictures for it, some are like the bones and what not but you might get lucky...

All I know is your heel is on one end and those things you stub against a table or chair are on the other end.

tbh, Google isn't helping much, most bring up muscels or bones. The only reason I can help is because I already know what to look for.

Am I being mocked right now? lol.. I'm really serious.. :/

Of course 🙂.

At the same time, though, I really don't know much either. Toes and heels are obvious. The arches I only assume are the arch the bottom of your foot makes when you look at it from the side. Anything else (and I know people refer to other parts) is pretty much beyond me.

lol. I always thought the arch was along the ball of your foot below your toes, and the sole was the whole area that doesn't touch the ground... and the instep is the top? or the edge on the bottoms? :/

Seriously, nobody knows? And I've been reading stories all this time? lol. I'm kinda shocked.

The Perfect specimen

This is the Perfect specimen of a beautiful high arched foot! Perfect toe structure, and soft sexy soles!
