Hey Y’all:

Thanks for all of the spectacular feedback on the Hailey pics. Here is the Character Sketch and the Promo pic for Andi. You might recognize her face on the bottom panel from my first sig. This one page comic is one of my personal favs. I feel Like Lotus and I both learned a lot on this one, and I crack up every time I read it. Sooooooooo…

Here’s the scoop on Andi: 😛

Andi is kind of the sexy nerd of the group. She is a Star Trek loving, D & D playing, LOTR watching, video game guru, science genius braniac, with an incredibly hot body. She is amazingly energetic, spunky, and loooooooves to have fun with her friends. Usually hanging out in one of her favorite faded T-shirts, and very very short shorts – Andi’s favorite past times include getting her roomies to watch The Matrix for the 97th time, talking serious smack as they all play PS2, or trying to create a new nuclear reactor in their basement (watch out J!).

Like all three Chix, Andi is ticklish absolutely everywhere! Tickling her feet, her underarms, or her ribs will illicit the most laughter from her. But tickle her tummy, her bellybutton, her sides, or her back side if you want to reeeeeeeaally turn her on as well as make her howl in laughter.

Andi absolutely adores the act of tickling (especially Hailey and Janey), and she also secretly loves to be tickled herself. She can be a bit shy, and frankly, she’s not that aware of her own beauty – which just makes her more endearing.

Andi is actually based on White Lotus (both in terms of looks and personality), which might explain why I think Andi is so crazy gorgeous (Hopefully Lotus doesn’t kill me for saying that!).

In the attached promo pic Andi is putting the finishing touches on a house cleaning robot of her design who has a few crossed wires (although who can blame it?). Those of you that have read TOB – look for the cleaning bot’s cameo on page 14 :content:

Dude, Andi sounds like she might just be my favorite already. She also of course, like all your characters, makes the tickling look incredibly sexy. And if she is that closely based on White Lotus, then she certainly has my compliments as well. 😉

Nuclear reactor?! So that's what this thing was, I thought it was the furnace... I think I'll just leave it alone for now, but Andi is gonna have some explaining to do :cross: 😉

Andi proves once again she's the smart one, she analizes the surroundings hoping to find out useful information... or maybe she's just trying to act cool, who knows? 😀

I love the way you posed the sketch, it's a very action-like stance from Andi, showing no fear. The way you placed her left hand is fantastic, it's like she's saying "Bring it on", very nice nody language. And of course, seeing her swinging the whip also snds a powerful message, like she's daring you, maybe you'll suceed but don't expect to come out unharmed. Andi is surely an awesome lee, but to me, she somehow looks like a gal who likes to be in control, very calculating, so I'd bet she's more of a ler at heart. Still, I do love to see her on the receiving end 😉

The comic page is great, very funny indeed! lol You sure did some very creative paneling on this one, I love it, makes the reading flow very easily, very smoothly, kuddos on that, it's not an easy thing to do. Very cool expresions, my fave is the one of Andi trying to hold the laughter back, I just love the anticipation. And an amazing job on that last panel, her figure is just sizzling hot, and the way she seems to be wiggling around and twitching is priceless. Just a great page :happy:

And great job to WL too, as always, superb job on the colors. I really love the way you used really light colors on the comic page, it gives the page a very lovely look, it just enhances how adorable Andi is.

Confounded labor-saving devises! They always cause more problems than they solve! But it looks like Andi's living her dream, decked out in that spiffy Indiana Jones gear! A most dashing figure! And if this cute little tech-nerd can provoke a hot tickling session from something as simple as home maintenance, hanging out with her has to be great fun!

Many thanks to all of ya for the feedback on Andi. I wish I could thank you all one at a time. Oh, I guess I can, huh? Well here I go 😉

Journia: Thanks very much! Not sure what you mean about using layers to put the characters on the cover page. I draw everything, ink it, and Lotus colors it. She definitely uses a TON of layers in photoshop, but we don't create the backgrounds serperately, or anything. Not sure if I answered your question. Let me know 🙂

ExcessL Thank for the Ex S.O. That's awesome!!! Very glad you like Andi, and that you think my tickle pics are sexy. That's cool to know. I wouldn't say she is "that closely" based on Lotus - more just "inspired" by Lotus. But Lotus does all of the model work for each pic (for all three chix). I use the digital camera to take reference pics for most of my pics. That way - I can get the anatomy wrong, but at least use reference for it, LOL. Thanks again.

If you're not sure why you love her body in that pic, then let me clarify, it's because of her sizzling figure 😀 (ok ok I'll stop saying "sizzling figure"... at least for now)

Seriously B, your art is just great, and you have an amazing way to setting up a scenario, it just makes the images com alive. I used to be a foot ticklng fan, but I stand here today as a converted man thanks to your art, you make incredible ub pics, they just take my breath away everytime 😉 (your art is the number one cause of cold showers around here)

Sometimes I feel that I don't give enough compliments to WL, her coloring is always superb, plus she inspired Andi from what I've read lately, so she has my gratitude 🙂

WL- You are a fantastic artist, it's always great to see the way your coloring brings B's art up a notch. Your sense of lighting and shadows is marvelous, and your choice of color for each pic is always impressive. Hello, all! Thank you so much for all the wonderful posts...it's a bit strange that Bandito has let the cat out of the bag - so much for my double life now, damn! Just kidding - yes, I do love my Playstation 2 (am seriously hoping Santa gifts me with 3, I really was a naughty girl! Oh wait...) I am a bit of a computer (Mac) freak, and of course, LOVE coloring Bandito's seriously hot drawings. I personally prefer to be holding the feather, but sometimes I just can't seem to run fast enough and that feather turns on me instead...eeeeegads! :redface:

Journia: Yes, I use a ton of layers within Photoshop, but all the colors are created in the same document by me and not imported from anything else (if that's what you were wondering?) Glad you like it! :]

Excess: Thanks for the compliments, glad you like the pix. Although Andi is a bit Barbie-like and that unfortunately just doesn't exist in reality, her blonde hair and green eyes are certainly mine. I'm flattered Bandito wanted to base anything off me... :redface:

Thanks so much for all the compliments on my coloring, I truly appreciate it. I've been working hard on the contrasts with the lighting, highlights and shadows, so thanks for noticing. Sometimes I don't think it's enough, because I get so close in on it when I'm working, and then when I zoom out it's hard to notice. But I'm excited because I've changed my shadow colors on the skin for the latest stuff we've been working on, and I think it really warms the tones and makes the skin glow and look more real. Can't wait to start sharing this latest stuff - hope everyone ends up liking it! :evil:

Those weren't just compliments, they were the truth 😉 How could I not notice such great work?! Everytime I see one of your and B's pics they just have talented colorist written all over it(<--this is just asking for a joke reply lol), praising your colors is a no-brainer, they praise themselves, I just write down what I see 😉 I can't wait to see your new stuff, you've oficially created hype for your next pic :super_hap It's a pretty safe bet to say that everyone will love your new pics 🙂
