In all seriousness, if you think on it hard enough, it could happen, after all, a few million listeners to a radio show concentrated on a rainstorm to appear over a texas town which was in a drought, and instead of a little storm, the place was flooded. Of course you would have to make the efforts to make it necessary to meet her. Like move into her area and such.
