animated gif?

I found this pic in a French yahoogroup. I think it is part of an animated gif. The original size was 250x200 pixels but it was posted to the photos section instead of the files section so yahoo resized it and the fullsize version (the animated version) is not accessible in photos. 🙄

Will someone please post the original animated version? Thanks.
