Peruano I beleive your gif is Mihoshi from Tenchi fame.

Hmm, Ghost if memory serves right from previews I've seen, Gunslinger Girl (but I dunno which girl)

The first is indeed Mihoshi of Tenchi Muyo. I must also concur with Sailornapper on the second. I cannot be sure without seeing the face, but that does indeed look like Triela of Gunslinger Girl. Might be another of the girls, but I suspect it to be her...missing face/hair restricts certainty.
