Anime movie title

Trying to figure out an old anime movie. From what I can remeber is ; the killer is a male, who killed his little sister by accident with a noose, finds all of his victims on a train, kills an older woman and they bring her daughter/grandaughter in who is a medium to help with the murders.

If anybody has an ideas it would be greatly appreciated, thanks
