as far as i know, ths isn't from an actual comic. So far, i haven't seen anything to indicate that it is from any type of manga. These pics are more then likely just pics by the same artist, much like the talented artist who only drew mainly "Dragon Warrior" tickling art.

Considering the scrub brushes, i'd presume it's either sweat or a post-shower/bath erotica scene. Perhaps you need to get your eyes examined, ye-pointer-of-things.

Alright, I found this thread while looking at all I missed by not joining earlier. This one peaked my interest. I have seen others of these, and I loved them. Still wandering who makes those pictures and where I can find more.
