Try right clicking on your Desktop.
Scrolling down to Personalize
Find the selection for Sounds and click on it
A box should pop up and under the selection for Sound Scheme, scroll down untill you get to the No Sounds and select that.
Apply and see if it works.

Find your computer settings.
If you right click on the desktop it's usually the selection on the very bottom.
And then try the aforementioned.

When in doubt, dump oil on the keyboard...Oil fixes everything.
I think it's rediculous that you would have to go straight into your BIOS just to get rid of such a small thing.
But then again, laptops seem so ass-backwards to me, as opposed to a desktop, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised that you would have to do that for a little clicky noise.
Yet, another reason why I don't want a laptop.
