Do you have The series from Tied & Tickled, Volume 1/12, entitled "Totally Tickled" ?

The 'Lee is a smaller woman in her 30's or perhaps even 40's with wrists and ankles held at 4 corners on a slanted table. She has somewhat obviously bleached blonde hair which is cut short, so that all of it is on on her head. She is thinner than most, probably a little too thin for many members here. .

I think it came from the same issue as your picture "6_6"
