Today on the Howard Stern Show, Howard interviewed actor Ryan Phillipe, star of Cruel Intentions and husband of Hollywood hottie Reece Witherspoon. Anyway, it was a really good Interview. Howard got Ryan to reveal a lot of intimate things about their relationship. Now while Howard is on the phone with Ryan, Reece is in bed asleep. And at one point Howard tells Ryan Phillipe to go upstairs and tickle Reece's feet. It totally went nowhere. Arrrrgh! Another missed opportunity.
 
That sucks! She's so damn hot, I've always wondered about whether or not she's ticklish
