This jazz never happened in my days. And yes, there were teenage boys who were very masculine. But they never hit on their teachers. And if they did, the teachers never gave in to their advances.

I was in high school, 28-30 years ago. Nothing "Unprofessional" ever happened, or if it did, it was never talked about. I never had anything other than a professional student/teacher relationship with any of my teachers, and yes, we did have some hot teachers in both High School, Jr High, and the earlier grades.

The only thing "out of the ordinary" that ever happened, which I may have mentioned on here. We had one hot teacher in JR High, who taught class barefoot a few times, because she said a certain pair of shoes hurt her feet. Besides that, nothing.

At my high school (in New Jersey) from 1964 to 1968, there were no scandals involving female teachers having sex with students.
There were two scandals involving male teachers.
In one case, involvement with a male student got the teacher fired.
In the other case, involvement with a female student got the teacher divorced, but he stayed on the faculty.
I don't know what conclusion to draw from that, except that times have changed. I would have loved to have a relationship with my 9th grade English teacher, who was a beautiful 26-year-old blonde with a tendency to kick her shoes off and teach barefoot.

There was a teacher at my school who had apparently asked a student on a date. He then went on holiday to Thailand and there were rumours that he did it for the child sex tourism. I hope those were just rumours...

We always have to be careful of rumors, especially in high school, but I remember a rumor that one of our teachers slept with a girl on the senior trip. He looked like someone from a cheesy porno which could have helped fuel the story.
