Nurse did the Babinski wrong and for some reason scraped her foot with the blunt side. Girl gives a very cute reaction, like she's surprised by the tickling. At 28:23:

Turnabout is fair play (10:15). You can hear Jenny react off camera and Bridgette asks "How did that feel"? You might even tell yourself that she's more interested in watching the Jenny's face than foot reaction when stroking the left one.

I also recommend paying attention to stomach palpation in these videos, as there happen to be ticklish reactions during that exam as well.
