Bet that caught your attention!

I recently quite accidentally came across a little-known website called http://hartists.net/ thats basically like deviantart for amateur hentai (cartoon porn) artists. Sure there are a few galleries in there that are just downright perverted (loli and the like) but I'm sure if this forum had an open gallery with little concern for censorship or "appropriateness" we'd see some pretty sick stuff. Their secret is that they're on a German server where this kind of stuff is completely legal with little concern for age verification. Thankfully the REALLY twisted stuff is few in number and there are actually quite a few really talented artists on there...

I've been kicking around the idea of trying my hand at more mainstream adult work...I already started a gallery over there with some of the more x-rated tickling pieces I've already posted here. Theres even a few random tickling/foot fetish pieces in some of the galleries....(check out TheBigMansini's gallery if you get a chance) Okay thats about it....later...

I've tried a few adult pieces, but I lack that kind of imagination (unless I happen to strike the artistic iron with a raging libido; this is rare)
I've always been interested in it, but my anatomical draw-backs have me too scared to even attempt it XD
After I've gotten my style refined to an artist of your caliber's level, I may consider it.
I'll give this a looking into, though I won't guarantee I'll join.
 
It's like a DA... for porn. Finally, all the work I don't show here can see an audience! I'll definitely consider starting a gallery there. o.o

its an excellent website i am thinking about doing more adult themed pictures at this time i am doing the Totally Spies moms getting milked by milking plants so it would like to put them in a gallery where i dont have to worry about it being take off.

can do but curently too busy so am happy if i can work on a piece a year

I've drawn several adult works in the past, and my experiences with them have shown to me that it's better to keep these types of themes contained and moderated, not exploit or unleash them. Artists in general risk losing their perspective and diluting and regressing, even sealing away their own abilities by drawing a high proportion of adult work but not keeping it balanced with the creative thinking and mind the rest of their work requires. Adult work can lead to a one-track mind, and that is poison to an artist. It can also be very addicting, much like a fetish, and I've seen perfectly grand artists succumb to the lust of drawing lustful pictures and then they end up drawing only that eventually totally leaving behind the virtues of their art in order to achieve a new high, the high of sexual arousal. What was something everyone could admire has become masturbation material, and they find themselves drawing things to hook people and reel them in, the same way they were reeled in. It's that kind of a cycle. Passion, in art, is not the same as lust, yet the two become so mixed together they can't be told apart.

I should also point out that I'm not saying this to dissuade anyone from doing anything. Think of it as a sort of public service announcement from me. 😛

Go ahead and draw it if you want (or continue drawing it), but draw it in moderation. Thats my advice to everyone, for what it's worth. You'll thank yourself later that you did. Right now you may feel all gun-ho about it, and ready to unleash your sexual frustrations in the form of art, but eventually you'll come off it (no pun intended) and realize your southern compass shouldn't be trusted to give you accurate directions, if you catch my meaning. 😛

I post my more adult art on another DA-like site called FurAffinity, but as the title implies, the majority is of anthro art...though this other page seems interesting to browse through
