Hello fellow BBQers! Yeah i use my grill about every weekend lol. I like to use apple wood for pretty much everything.....and that's about all i got lol.

I'm a backyard BBQ'er as well. I don't get to do it as much as I would like, but thankfully I live in a state where I can BBQ year-round or I'd do it even less. There's nothing better to me than a good rack of spareribs off the smoker!

Hardly a week goes by this time of year that I'm not grilling SOMETHING. While i hate my glorified hibachi-grill, I love the way meat tastes off the grill! Considering I was new to grilling only a couple of years ago, I've taken to it like ducks to water.

Hmm. Haven't tried duck, yet. I probably WILL have a steak after work tonight. I'm the only person I know who grills out at 11PM.

Its nice to get out after the winter and grill some steak and have a chat, weather won't allow at the moment very often.
