Just retired a few months ago from the military and was wondering if there are any ticklish females in my great home state of Wisconsin that like to start off by just chatting and talking about tickling ( and other topics too).
Currently working out of the LaCrosse, Tomah, Dells area. Do have a summer job lined up in Milwaukee...
