Any way to access attached images without clicking through threads?

There are thousands of images that people have posted here, mostly in the Images forum. Is there any way to access these without clicking the individual threads? I'd like to browse through old threads and look for pictures. It can get tedious because there are often just a few pictures per thread. Is there any quicker way, like some way to get pages of thumbnails to pick pictures from?

Not without modifying vBulletin, the software the forum runs upon. There exist user-created mods that do this, I imagine, although those same mods tend to be terribly badly coded. vBulletin alone does not support this.
