Anybody Hear That MadTV Got Canceled?

After a 14 year run, FOX has pulled the plug on MadTV.

i really like madtv. they have had some great comics on there over the years. i tihnk of the current crop, bobby lee and that sanchez guy are the funniest but keenan micheal keys is a very close second.

No offense to MadTV, but it was inevitable that it was gonna get the hook... The new crew is good, but the loss of Alex Borstein I think was the climax to their downfall. I'll probably miss Michael McDonald as Stuart the most.... Stuart was the funniest skit I remember on Mad TV.

I for one did NOT miss Alex Borstein. She was capable of being funny but bordered on annoying in her characters too often, especially with Miss Swan, who I think was absolutely abysmal and unfunny. But it happens. I guess tonight is to be the last one huh?

i hear though that King of the Hill another fox program is going to get the ax too but might be going over to ABC

but that the producers are looking for a way to keep mad tv from going down

it's been confirmed King of the Hill will be having their final season

Alex Borstein also wrote many of the Mad TV skits while she was there... I didn't miss her acting as much as her skit writing.
