Hey, I'm a 19 year old guy with a very ticklish pair of feet that are begging to be tickled. I'm in Michigan. You can restrain me in any way you want (if m/m there will be no nudity or sexuality due to me being purely straight). I've been trying so hard to get tickled but it hasn't happened once yet. Hopefully this time it does. hmu.
