One of the first images that confirmed my kink for feet/tickling in the early 2000s, though I imagine it's way older. Found it originally on SW Tickle but would def like to know more about it - is it from a photo shoot or video? I understand it was cropped from a larger image but that's about the extent of my knowledge. Would appreciate what anyone can dig up.

That vid was online for a while and these gifs survive of it.

The plot was that the mistress found two passed out naked girls who had been partying so she tied them up and punished them by feathering their feet.
