We just heard on the news that there was a terrorist car bomb attack in Bogota. That's where JPie is with her new baby. We aren't sure where the attack was in comparison to her temporary residence. Has anyone heard from her?

JPie is fine.

I just called her husband and he talked to her less than an hour ago. The court is holding her up from coming home, but she and Amanda are doing well.

I am still here and well with my beautiful daughter. I wanted to thank everyone for thinking of me! Colombia is such a country of contrasts. It is a beautiful country with warm wonderful people as is much of the world. Unfortunately in our lives we seem to read about the most awful of what comes in these places. I have meet the nicest most caring people here and the love they have for their children. What you read about is the small percentage of terrorists that make living with fear an everyday occurance here. They are so used to it they just seem to shrug it off.

Again I am well and hope that my process is almost complete and can travel safely home with my new baby girl.
