I don't live close to Ithaca anymore, but I grew up in the area. It's a very liberal town and I'm sure there are plenty of general kink munches being hosted there. If there's nobody close enough for you on this site, I'm sure a little research on fetlife and some IRL networking among kinksters will get you what you're looking for.

Enjoy the city, it's a beautiful area that I never regret going back to visit.

Old 'ler here who went to Cornell a long time ago and still live just a half hour away, so I have a front-row seat for the annual Cortaca Jug madness which you'll soon be immersed in if you're headed to IC (except that in '19 it's going to be under the big-time NFL lights of the Meadowlands).
